Nexon responded to my ticket!

I sent a ticket to them a while at March 8 and got a response today from Nexon. Here is what I said in my ticket: Date Created: 3/8/2010 8:49 PM PDT Last Updated: 3/26/2010 1:46 PM PDT Details: Many people including me didn't get the 10k Maple Points. I couldn't log on for at least 24 hours, if not more. Some people got the 10k Maple Points when they could log on after 1 hour. Please fix this problem. Thank you Nexon! Their ticket back to me: I apologize for the delay. We have finished investigating your issue. At this time we have decided to credit your account with 10,000 MaplePoints as compensation for the February 26-27 login issue. The MaplePoints will be available on your account in the next 24 hours. Sincerely, Senior GM Talia I'm so happy. :D
