Everytime I do a Survey

I complete the registration, get a e-mail confirmation, etc. I finish the whole thing with all requirements.. But I don't get my nx, ever. I submit an appeal saying I didn't get the NX and I give them the WHOLE EMAIL + HEADER. Still don't get my nx. Anyone else having the problem?

Same here, I thought it was cookies so I accepted all cookies and cleared them after each survey, but still didn't get credited. Wasted like 45 minutes so I'm done lol.
