Problem with the nx surveys?

Hey, so i was trying the nx surveys yesterday but i keep getting this problem? like the first 2surveys i did it worked fine and i got the nx in about fifteen minutes but then i did like 10more and for some reason im not getting the nx? Like its been 24hours but it just shows this? Waiting... Please send us the requested information. or Viewed... Missing these NX Credit? i keep getting these please help!

But wait, what if I you get a confirmation email and yet you still don't get credit after confirming? Edit: The people who are using false info and whatever seem to be the only ones getting the credit which makes no sense to me.

It means you didn't do everything, suchas validate the email, download the right thing etc
