http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Nexon-America-Inc-100061928 If you read their people reviews everyone gave a 1 out of 5 stars to Nexon except one person gave a 4.5 and one person gave a 3. In the BBB Nexon went from A- to C+. If I were in the BBB I'd rate them as a F. I do play Nexon's games but I expect them to give me customer satisfaction because I bought NX from them and they do not care when you have a problem in the game and they do nothing about it. What do you think?

I think a D+ or C- would have been more appropriate. Its a good game (not that nexon really gets credit for that) but it is run horribly. Of course, it isn't run so badly that it fails, so kudos there.

Their customer support is good. I just recieved an email from my ticket logged saying it was closed by a GM and the message said that my account has been credited with the 10k maple points for the rebruary 26-27 compensation! You just have to word the ticket right and also just send one and be patient. *Picks up flameshield*
