Can I still do the Astaroth PQ?

So I finished all the, "Who broke the seal of ..." quests, but I dropped two of the ripped papers >.> Can I get them back or can I never start the Astaroth chain quest? I have the Kerning, Nautilus, and Elenia papers but not Perion and Henesys. Can I get these papers back? Tyvm!

u probably have to just restart the "who broke the seal of..." quests for the 2 cities

try and forfeit the quests you dropped the papers from usually it resets the quest and allows you to do it again

Kick the quests in their Forfeit buttons so they figure out you deserve to have a second piece of paper. I'll Astaroth PQ with you on my Spearnib when I get the papers. :D*Wants an Astaroth PA*

Right but the quest is over, I completed it so i can no longer forfeit the quest. When i log out the next time i log in they're gone
