Why do people play gunslingers?

Well i have made a gunslinger and i have to admit their pretty weak, i still et have to get lvl 120 and check out the damage, but im wondering why do people play gunslingers?

Because it's one of the only ranged classes I like. I hate Outlaw though. The training spots and skills suck.

I made mine because I wanted to make a pirate. I kept playing it because it was really fun for me. I only actually began to care about damage when I'd already reached 4th job.

well theres a reason you think your weak. i out damage dexless hermits, not noob ones either, good ones. that are my level. im 51 base STR, level 82.
