I cant beat Oberon in Neo City everytime I get 2/3 hp down it heals >_< Can anyone help me out with this im in Bera and would really appreciate it IGN is bryant09 Well I got help beating Oberon thank you UnionXclot. Could anyone help me out a little with the year 2503 cant beat the last form time runs out before i get 1/2 way down hp

Neo City is in Leafre you need to be level 70 and start the quest line from Magatia. And to first post very interesting have fun with that

lol u can only do some quests at lvl 70 it ranges from 70 to 90
