I don't understand why Windia are so sure that Bera hacked. Are they like jealous or have too much pride in themselves so they just make an excuse of No Delay?

Bera's run didn't use Sharp Eyes? That's odd, lol. Windia's run looks way more organized than Bera's, so they just need a couple months for the levels, and they'll shave off like 15 seconds off their time.
