how long does it take nexon to reply to tickets?

its been 2 weeks + 2 days and still no reply, the status is shown as "open"

The status is STILL on open after 2 weeks? That's strange. That means no one has even looked at your ticket yet/forgot to change the status to "Under Investigation" or another status like that.

2days to 4years.. (earliest to longest time taken) At least theres no big gap between how long it takes for them to respond :D

To choose which ticket to respond to, the employees at Nexon close their eyes and randomly point to a ticket in the Billing Category. They then proceed to use an auto-reply on it.

My ticket's been out for a couple weeks too, I have a STRONG suspicion that time taken is directly relative to amount of NX purchased...for example, look at the first poster.

My ticket was resolved in 2 weeks. Although I added additional information about 5 days after I created it. I got a reply directly after that, and about 1 week later they resolved my problem. (Feb 26-27 compensation.) + To Respect.
