Yeah ditto as stated above, I would recomend 60%ing. Nice shoes BTW, it's hard to give a P/C on job specific-high level-unfinished items.

Even if someone could give you a price, these shoes will not be easily sold. If i were you, i'd finish it with 60%'s and keep them.

to me its like 400mill+ maybe more cause possibility of being 24dex shoes if u use all 60%

60s add 1 dex, so there's no 24 dex possibility there. Shoes are probably worth 100m or so if you're lucky enough to find a buyer.

You're problem is like he said: job specific and unspecified. If you want to sell that for a good price, you gotta finish it. 14 dex 3 slot would be harder to sell for 100m than a 14 dex 0 slot.
