Any way to get back on rankings?

I don't know if you guys will believe this story or not, but what I'm looking for is just an answer. So me and my friends from high school used to play Maple back when it had it's 1 year anniversary and stuff. Then we took a break for a couple years. for a couple reasons but one being, one of our friends got hacked. He gave his info to someone in our old guild, he seemed like a nice guy, we knew him for a while, then he got hacked. Then the hacker used his account to hack, so my friend got temp-banned. We all started playing again now, so is there any way he can get back on rankings? Or is it impossible? You don't have to believe the story. No it's not me either, you can check, I'm on rankings.

When you get unbanned, you may get back on ranks, or not. Try logging a ticket but I don't think you can do anything.
