Maplestory free nx problem

On Maplestory the survey for nx credit won't work for me. Whenever I click it it says, "This transaction has been determined as high risk. Please, check your ip address.(0) ". I tried repeatly refreshing and spam clicking ok, none of these worked. Anyone know any solution? I live in USA if that helps.
