I was in a party doing quests at memory monks. After 5 mins a scroll drops and the guy keeps killing, after about 10 seconds I go up and loot to see what it was. I was thinking a wep for atk, not big at all. Turns out to be a overall str 60%. I tell him I found it cause I was surprised and he starts begging me. Then a guildie of his starts fighting with me over stupid crap. Is it worth giving back? How much is it worth btw?

It's worth quite a bit. Even if it's worthless you still should keep it, it's not like you scammed him. Imagine if someone else came and looted it, he can't do anything about it.

It was never his scroll because he never went to pick it up. He left it there for you to loot. You shouldn't have to "give it back" because it was never his to begin with.
