Final attack for Pages?

Is it worth it? I kinda put 9 sp on it already... I'm lv 47. Am I kinda screwed? I have read the guides on here, but some people still say it's good. Should I keep leveling up final attack?

well with points in it already you might as well follow through until it's maxed, unless you want to spend NX on resets, or remake your page. i had FA, i didn't find it too bad, it hurts you mobbing damage when you have a mob of 4 or more by like 25%, but mobs that big are kind of uncommon... i did a lof of 1 vs 1 which FA makes better (FoG parties/duals/birks/brextons/red wyverns) these places you don't really see mobs bigger than 4, unless you make them (which wastes time). the loss of character control (second swing swinging at something that just died for instance) was the biggest issue ive had with FA (this may or maynot be irritating for the PyPQ as well). Knockback was an issue too the second swing would come too quickly if you were using a normal sword or faster. some things i found good about FA though was extra damage without MP cost (saves time in buying potions and money because you buy less), sometimes the damage spread and knockback issues worked in favour for you, by making your first 3 monsters in a mob get KB'ed but the last 3 don't making a tighter and easier to deal with mob). the proof that FA hurts your big mob damage is in the math (although i think senyain may have requested his work to be deleted from the site), but the hero vs paladin @ skeles debate always ends with a big mob is raarely found in game unless you make it yourself, which you could have spent that time killing the monsters.

I personally loved final attack. I wouldnt build a page without it. But thats a personal opinion, again.

I've got it maxed and I'm glad I do simply because of the extra damage. The thing that bothers me the most about it is when monsters hit me because FA happened. Example: I can kill a monster with 3 Power Strikes or 2 Power Strikes and 1 Final Attack. If I use 3 Power Strikes, the monster won't touch me. If I do one Power Strike, then Final Attack, then Power Strike, the monster will sometimes hit me between Final Attack and the last Power Strike. Is that clear? Anyway, it's not bad. :D However, I wouldn't go by the advice "you already have 9 in it, might as well max it". If you don't like Final Attack happening, don't put anymore points in it.

I put 30 SP into FA at level 70, because FA hurts SB and I mostly use SB in 2nd job. Since you already started it, just max it.
