hey I'm 5' 2.5" and I way like 130 pounds. Is that really heavy?

If it's muscle, then your normal weight. Half the people here are underweight anyways. I'm 5'8 and weigh 155 lbs. You're by no standards heavy.

it all depends if your in shape. you can be 5'5 and 220 lbs like my friend.. hes BUFF as HELL. lol. im 5'3 155? im in shape.

And you can't even see my arms or forearms, my abs are defined as hell consider that picture is not tensed in the slightest. You can't see my quads in that picture and I'm wearing a shirt. XD You've made an awful judgement there. I am 5'6 @ 83kg. Which roughly converts to 186lbs.
