Not you Christina :], I don't know which evolution to make my Eevee. :/ I was thinking of making it a Jolteon, but i'm not sure if it would benefit me, especially at the Pokemon League. My current team is; Feraligatr Haunter (to be Gengar) Gyarados Fearow Vulpix (to be Ninetales) and then my Eevee. So which evolution will help me the most? I'm currently battling Team Rocket at the Goldenrod Tunnel. Then I'm off to get my eighth gym badge, and finally to the Pokemon League. I'm mostly concerned with its use at the Pokemon League. Any other suggestions for my team are appreciated as well. Thanks in advance (:

@PaperLemon It doesn't take long (although Eevee has one of the longest number of steps to hatch). If you want to complete the Pokedex, you're gonna need to eventually anyway. Plus, then you can try them all out and see which works best with your party.

[/quote] If I needed to I could just trade a Glaceon over from Pearl. Should I? Or should I take your advice before and use Umbreon. Both are easily accesible for me. Also, someone mentioned replacing Gyarados with Heracross. Should I do that?

[/quote] You can trade over a Glaceon if you wish, but do keep in mind that while its defensive stats are nothing to laugh at Umbreon is by far the better tank. Heracross is a nice Pokemon, but it won't see much use in the E4 outside of Karen. Even then, her Houndoom makes short work of it. I suggest that while you consider dropping Gyarados from your final party, keep it for your first E4 run. Intimidate is such a useful ability against Lance, as even an unbuffed Outrage from his Dragonites deals an insane amount of damage. Between Umbreon's tanking ability and Gyarados' attack reduction, you should be able to weaken his Pokemon enough for Feraligatr to attack back with Avalanche.

You helped me a lot :] So I plan to make my Eevee and Umbreon then. And I'll stick to Gyarados too.

I would say jolteon. I'm currently trying to evolve my own eevee to an espeon and I have to tell you, it's not easy.
