LOL, my glitcher friend told me that the buff is still attainable but cant be taken out of the teleport. Stupid nexon still cant fully patch this glith. WOW!

Yeah, I tried and it disappears as soon as you go outside of the map. I give it a week before someone figures out how to get it out.
