some guy is dcing me at the moment.. he keeps traking me and telling me to pay him 10mil for him to stop dcing me.. is there any way to stop the dcing? his ign is Nargilh..

Unless you're a hacker yourself, there's no way to stop him. Just do something besides Maplestory, or play on a different character, until he gives up (which will probably only take an hour or so -- the hacker will just move on to extorting money from his next victim).

easy... report a ticket saying his name in detail on nexons official website, then go on another character and keep spamming /find (his name) until you see: Unable to find (his name) and you can go back on your character, but you must make sure to eventually change ur name so that he cant find you and get revenge, or you can get nexon to ban his ip adress

In practice, Nexon will take a few days at the very least to get around to his request, by which time the D/C hacker will probably have given up anyway. Besides, banning him wouldn't accomplish much -- it's almost certainly a mule, not the person's main character.
