hey i have this problem merching. i find a good spot, door spot FM6 and i stay there for like 1 hour. but for some reason when i go afk in maple i dc. its like the game will still be running but when i try to type something in to my chat thingy the screen shifts right and i dc. then someone always gets my spot >=0. does this happen to you too? i am playin on my laptop. i have even tried connecting it straight to the modem but im sitll getting dced. and i don't want to spend all that money getting a hired merch. can anyone give me any solution? EDIT: i was not DC hacked. this happens to me in henny or anyother town if i go afk too. =[

It's dc hacker that's dcing you and taking your spot. Solution: don't take spots from fm 1-6

Do you have a screensaver or does your computer go to sleep after a while? If your computer goes to sleep the internet connection usually goes off, so that might be the case if you afk too long.

[/quote] i thoght this aws the problem but i have turned the settings so that the computer comes back from sleep to keep recieving packets from the interntet.

I have a similar problem, just turn off your screensaver/sleep mode. You can turn your display all the way down if you need to save power tho

how bout u make the shift button a sticky key? turn on cap, dont put anything on shift in quick slots, and if a key is pressed then a computer wont sleep

i have the exact same thing. i tried plugging it in, but never works. and i know that its not caus it goes to sleep. caus it goes to sleep after 10 min. after 20min, its fine. only after 1hour + i dc. i have no clue what to do.
