Merching refined jewels versus makered jewels

Just wonder what in everyon's opinions sells best - refined jewels or makered jewels. Or if the ore sells even better... I find myself with a lot of these that I don't use and would like to get mesos for them (no shop permit, no nx for shop permit, I do all of my selling on basil). So, help, please?

I don't know if ores/jewels are a good way of merching. the income is really low. like maybe 2k per ore. just sell the ones you have. i wouldn't go buy ores to sell.

@ above, I'm not buying any, I'm talking about selling the ones I do have. Trying to figure out which will give me the best profit. selling the ore, selling the refined item, or selling the maker'd item.

Refined is best for jewels, crystals are best maker'd or in ores.
