Pendant from Inkwell

The pendant that you can get from inkwell (the one that costs 30 perfect pitches), does anyone know how long it lasts? I heard that after you use it once, it expires eventually? Not sure if its true or not; was wondering if anyone could confirm it. thanks.

Dark knight used to be dragon knights. He probably means his dragon buster/ fury. Or dragon roar LOL
