My guess is next wednesday cuz it's going to the 31st of march which technically will still be in march. Nexon did this before where they patch way at the end of the month and it's usually in the middle of the week.

Nexon is just buying some more time. By waiting till the very near end of March, they can hammer out any likely bugs, and hope for the best when they patch it in.
