The patch for Evan will likely be the Tuesday/Wednesday following the end of the Hunters Luck & Perfect Pitch events. Because people focusing on finishing their characters to get their desired reward would be split between leveling their pitch character and starting an Aran. I'm pretty sure it's not tomorrow. Who knows though right.
