When to cap dex?

On my TB I had milked out 60 dex from equips. What dex is reccomended for me to cap at as a low dex DK. Currently level 26. 10 base dex. And should I sell my 19 dex bathrobe and get a godly chainmail? thanks.

General rule is cap it when you can hit things you are training on. Plan ahead and this won't just be me sounding like an ass giving smart alicky answers.
