Permanently banned? chance for lift?

So i entered my wrong pw like 5 times ( yes im retarded ) and i got perm banned. here is the ticket i sent. i was banned on march 15 and i still dont appear on the perm ban list on maplestory website. HI i tried to log in on my account this morning at 7:29 AM GMT only to find out i had been permanently banned? i dont see why this has happened neither how all i did was setup my shop with 2 items at around 11:11 PM GMT. So i please ask you to lift my ban as i never used any 3rd party program or maliscious software. thank you the reason this happened is because i was in a hurry and at first i had the wrong id and then i had caps lock on. and i dont see why i should get permanently banned and removed from rankings simply for some typos i was simply in a hurry to put my shop before catching my bus my last name is ********* and my mother was born in ******* my email is ********@********** Here is a picture of what it says http://i668.photobucket.com/albums/vv43/puffymammoth/Maple0001-1.jpg it says for entering invalid pic or password 5 times. yes i believe i did put in wrong password because i was in a hurry for school this morning 2 days before being banned i had purchased 90k nx (106$ CA ) worth and i have been ban for almost a week now. i believe i am losing time on my items and on my shop permit. i would appreciate if you could look over this ban wich ibelieve should not at all be permanent for simply messsing up your password 5 times.

Why does this sound fake? For some reason this doesn't sound really correct. Why would the message say "So you won't be able to use this account" it doesn't sound like something Nexon would say.

This makes no sense.. Anyone who knows your ID could get you perma-banned. Something is up. Are you sure it's not just an IP Ban? (That makes waaay more sense) It's like a hacker is trying to get into your account.. so they ban YOU? Exactly.. I can almost guarantee that it is either an error or an IP ban.

you never know it might be a good thing, after all it is just a game, however that blows that you spent that much money... invest your time in something else that is more productive, like a sport haha or studying. colleges don't recruit people because they are good at video games you know

OT: That is a pretty fail ban, I hope you get your account back.
