Why doesn't MS have in-game moderators?

Im just wondering why aren't the GMs active at all o_O I mean theres like 400000 hackers out there and counting?

Other than there being more than several game moderators, the thread starter simply asks for the existence of GMs to be reinforced often enough to assure players they are there (and doing their jobs, hopefully). Edit: Thread starter is serious. Go shoot his plane down if you want. @TS: Just because one place does one thing doesn't mean another should as well.

Nexon isn't like Jagex in this type of situation... While most of the J staff are working and the few are hanging out in the game lounge... Every Nexon staff is hanging out in the game lounge...

sorry but didnt they get banned awhile ago? The hackers i mean from the dupe hack and u cant track a Gm and besides that a bunch of newbs will follow them everywhere

It's pretty obvious why you don't see the GMs around. Think about it, have you ever been to a GM event? Players pretty much stalk the crap out of GMs and its just too much attention drawn. As well, D/c hackers have been known to d/c GMs for fun. If you constantly see GM's, then most likely they'll be prevented from doing what they're suppose to because of too much attention drawn on them. There's a reason GMs seem like they don't exist, it may look like none are banning the hackers, but behind the scenes, they really are. People just don't give them enough credit really. There's so many ways hackers can pretty much avoid and dodge GMs, with the hacking systems that pretty much almost ensure that hackers stay safe from being banned. For example, the auto d/c if a nearby GM is detected system. People think it's really all about searching and clicking the banhammer button, but it's really not as simple as it's said.
