Illegal Cash Transaction

Hey guys, When I tried to log on today, it said I was banned for an illegal cash transaction when clearly I had done nothing wrong. The last thing I bought with NX Cash was 100 Soft Feathers to finish a Proof of Love quest. When I checked my Cash Transactions on Nexon.net, I had a purchase for 507 in the MTS that I never. ever. consented to buy. When my brother tried his account, it was blocked too. As a matter of fact; all my accounts are blocked. Whats up with that? Can any of you Basilers tell me what's going on? Should I try to log a ticket?

Well, all of my main accounts that I play on are banned except for one of my mule accounts. If it was an IP ban, shouldn't all my accounts be banned? Any of you guys know what this means? It says I'll be unbanned on the 28th but I haven't done anything wrong Dx! I heard that illegal cash transactions are from NX fraud or whatever but all my NX that I've used comes from the cards that I bought from the store o_O.

IP Banned. Reset IP by turning off both your modem and router and leaving it off over night. Then turn it back on the next day :] Works 100% fine for me.

Henry, the reason all your accounts are blocked is because they think you're a hacker when you tried to log on Sceptive, and when you tried to log on other accounts, it says you're temporarily banned because it thinks you're still the hacker. It's just Sceptive that's banned. At least thats what your brother told me =P

I got banned as well, but I'm pretty sure I was banned for lag and potting

If you had got banned for an illegal cash transaction, you would not be getting unbanned on the 28th.
