Is this worth to hammer?

My 97atk 13str u/h king cent. My plan was to hammer it twice and then 100% it (the white 100%). Is that a good idea? :D btw, im not going to 30% it F3

If you're gonna hammer it and use those scrolls, it should at least be three digits after hammering, so I would say no. =| never evenknew those scrolls existed for pirates. o.o

i think he's saying the 100% Gm scrolls if they even have em for pirates then if they did go for it cause their like uhm10% or 60% not sure
