When to max HB, before or after Final Attack?

So here's the deal, I am a level 33 Spearman and I am wondering when to put into HB, before, or after Final Attack, and when to start? I'm not hybrid, just regular, I like to pq, but don't want to have to rely on Power Strike forever, please help? Thanks <3

DO. NOT. PUT. ANYTHING. IN. FINAL. ATTACK. It will kill your mobbing speed and make you level slower. Now that we've got that out of the way, let's discuss hybrid. You just cleared up 30 SP by not investing in a skill that actually hurts you. Those points can easily get you 19 mastery and 11 booster into your second weapon set. Oops, now you're hybrid. Which is better than pure, because you have more options. And all you gave up is a skill that actually HURTS YOU to use. As to being spear first? It really doesn't matter that much. Try to get an impaler, for the speed boost, and if you get a decent one it'll last you till 64, when you can use a karstan. As to builds... 19 mastery 6 booster 3 iron will 30 hyper body 19 other mastery 6 other booster max both boosters rest into maxing masteries, 11 Iron Will That's the standard. You get max HB by 50, ready for LMPQ and CPQ2. By 64 you're a fully functioning hybrid. And at 70 you go polearms-first and take advantage of the massive mobs available to level like crazy.
