do bishops need to upgrade damage?

Hello. I was talking to my friend about my bishop and stuff and when I told him I'm planning to get godly +2b gear he kept spamming : NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB I asked him why and he said that all what it really matters for a bishop is how many hits. and 2hko bishop with +100B Gear = 2hko bishop with 10M gear and bishops don't need damage to boss they just need heal,res,MW and dispel. is he right? I don't wanna spend crazy amount on gear and it won't really matter in the end cause I rather saving for an attacker (Hero). ty

If you would rather save up stuff for a hero, try and get just godly enough stuff to be able to 1hko skeelies at like level 150ish. (If you wanna get that high). Then make a hero with really high BoF :D

True. Over funding without changing amount of hits is pointless. You'd rather save that money to fund another character or have fun with it.

If you were sacing for the hero, You really shouldnt bother putting too much funding on your bishop.

So he was right. Well if I can 2hko I would be able to sell leech and leech my own chars as good as any other bishop. And while doing that if I hit the high levels that requires 1hko I may upgrade the gear. And Yeah I think I will have fun with the hero and I need to get 1h godly sword+shield. Btw is BoF really importnat for the hero? Cause I wanna make it in a diff acc (with a lv 70 aran in it) so 7 BoF only. Would it matter?

well find out around how much magic you need t0 1hko skeles subtract it from what you have then figure out how much you need to make up. if it costs for than 1bil i think you should just make the hero and leech it

Gene 30 and MW20 is all the funding you need. With that you can 1 hit skeles, as long as you have decent equips A 140 MATK Dragon Staff shouldn't be too hard, they're pretty cheap nowadays and easier to find. You can use a 9 int clean mage robe to help you.

Your friend is right. If it won't change the number of hits, it really doesn't matter. Unless you want to upgrade to be competitive. It's just higher numbers.

Also, don't be mad because one class can leech others at multiple places, which is a benefit other classes don't have. Bishop's have their cons to. Here's an important one: Their bossing skills are..horrible.

I am not really SEEKING the 1hko. I mean when I'm leeching my chars and the bishop levels at the same time IF the 1hko came along or I need slighlty better gear (like 50m) to get it then it's fine but I don't wanna spend billions and billions to get it 8 levels before the usual.

We already got it hard with leveling 80 levels in a row at the same spot. Don't make that period of time longer by nerfing us down =/.
