Does the level of the drk matter and make a big difference in the exp gain of the priest?

I trained at mp3 from lvl 73 to now pretty good money

Yea. If you're 120 and you're himing with a level 80 priest, I think the priest gets no exp unless he/she heals the monster while you attack.

YOUR level makes absolutely no difference to the exp the priest gets. THe priest, however, needs to be within 5 levels of the level of the monster ur grinding on. else priest will receive zero exp from party, only that which he/she gets from their healing dmg.

I think it does make a different. If DK's level>priest's level, the bigger the difference between the levels, the less EXP the priest gets.

I was doing grims (about 80% of the time with a DK 50 levels above me) from about 97 to 155, since ems didn�t get 4th job for ages, the exp could have been better if i partied a slightly lower leveld DK, but he still killed quickly so it was good exp.

It make a pretty big difference depending on what you're training on. If the priest can't land a hit, then said priest won't be getting decent EXP. I guess that's why people normally choose Dreamy Ghosts, Skeles, or something else undead to party with a priest, that way heal can do a little damage.
