Part 3 of the balance patch info found on a page linked to by a guy on General forums Main Topic: 3% KO using strafe on monsters frozen by blizzard. Revolutionary or no? Discuss.

Not at all. Definately not that great during training, unless of course you plan to go to ToT at lvl 7X with lvl 1 blizzard and strafe... Then it's just pure godliness.

Every 3 shots out of 100 strafes is an auto-kill basically. It won't raise it by much, but it's still a boost.

Before Typhons it would have been good, but now it isn't since most people go there. If people still trained at Gobies and Squids this would have been a noticeable difference, especially having the one hit kill effect kill a cancel weaponed Bone Fish. Seeing how those training spots aren't really used anymore it is very negligible.

FYI: The 3% applies per arrow. 12% chance per strafe.

Well, its technically 97% chance that it would not 1hko an arrow, so it is .97^4 = 11.47%
