Should i stay dexless or go low dex?

so im unsure of what to do, my sin is about to hit 100 and im going to be able to use my 69 atk red craven, he is completely dexless and has base dex of 25 and i will be able to use the red craven without equipping the ht pendant, by lvl 110 i plan on gettin a mon so here is the thing should i stay dexless and equip my ht pendant to get a reverse lampion or, should i go low dex and keep the mon equipped and add like 20 dex to use the reverse weapons?

Go low dex and keep the MoN. The attack from MoN is worth putting a few points into dex I believe.
