Jr Newts vs Squids/Gobies

Jr Newties (on 8x exp) Exp: 30,400 exp per kill. Pot usage: Very little to no pot usage. Monster average HP: HIGH. It takes 7-10 hits for me to kill ONE. Spawn: Pretty much constant. Plus it's a mini-dungeon. Movement: Don't move around hardly at all. Risk of dieing: Small, unless you're not careful. Squids/Gobies (on 8x exp) Exp: Rissell Squids give 20k exp per kill. Black Squids give 17,600 exp per kill. Gobies give 11,200 exp per kill and come in packs of 6 (so it's basically 67,200 per goby house). Pot usage: Moderate. Monster average HP: Moderate. It takes 4-6 hits to kill most things on the map. Spawn: Pretty much constant. Movement: Much movement. Lots of swimming. Risk of dieing: Moderate. Most things will 2HKO me. I'm a lvl 89 Sniper. I have 7 Puppet, 29 Strafe, 11 AE, and 3 Blizzard. My att range is 1518~2743. I feel that the Gobies/Squids place is a much better training place than the Jr Newties based on how much exp you can get. Am I missing something? Which should be the place to get the most exp in the shortest amount of time?

Woah, It takes a few hits for me but I have a much lower attack range... Is it different for whatever jobs? Thank you for this info! But sadly gobying isn't very good to me.. being a hermit and such. :/

I'd vote for newties. You don't have to fight for a map (Come on, it's 2x, some people will be playing on 4x and others will be playing on 8x). People are always less civilized when there are events. Besides, newties will give you a continuous stream of a constant exp. While squids/gobies give you a range where the difference is 10k. Of course, I've never played a sniper and I'm not too experienced when it comes to levels this high (My hermit is level 86, haven't updated). Newties mini dungeon is where im going 4x, so I might be a little bias. Well, good luck with whatever you choose.

Hmm...just the number of Gobies that come out of one house seems worth the training there. You should try timing your training for 5 minutes in both places and see how much EXP you gain and then compare.

newt golem doesnt spawn in mid unless u hit the 3rd newties which i doubt cause hes sniping he'll only kill the first or 1st and 2nd imo snipe newts im a hermit fast for me lvl 80-108 on 4x so 8x should be a breeze

On second thought, maybe you should try Typhons. The exp there is really nice for Cbs/Rangers. I would assume the same for Snipers, due to AR/AE.
