What's so special about the crimson arcglaive?

Please tell me. It's stats seems about the same as those other polearms around it's lvl.

It looks cool too. When you add style points to your DPM, you get a 6.98% boost over a Zedbug with equal attack.

Take in account that aran booster at level 15+ gives +3 speed compared to the other classes that only give +2 speed. Now most polearms after level 100 are all slow 8 or slow 7 with the Red Surfboard. Speed is one of the most important factors in Arans because we rely heavily on how fast we can build up our combos. Faster combo builds = stronger hits = better dpm. Now check the base attack for the Arcglaive. It's a 102 base and has a normal speed. With booster that becomes a Faster (3). You can't really beat out the speed of an arcglaive unless with a purple surfboard which is already fast (5). Note that speed cap is Faster (2), so with SI, an arcglaive will meet the maximum potential of speed.

Its normal speed, and everyother (common) polearm is slow (and the eviscerator is slower, eww). So a decent Crimson Arcglaive (112+) would be better than, for example, and 126att zedbug (wich i sold for 32k nx, then i got my arcglaive and will never ever regret) because of the speed. As results: More DPM, easier combo construction and stuff.

[/quote] Will never regret till Nexon America decides they'll have a summer event which they'll fail at coding giving up PSB x5 drop from snails.
