Banned Chance for lift?

Here is my tickets HI i tried to log in on my account this morning at 7:29 AM GMT only to find out i had been permanently banned? i dont see why this has happened neither how all i did was setup my shop with 2 items at around 11:11 PM GMT. So i please ask you to lift my ban as i never used any 3rd party program or maliscious software. thank you Alex i then proceeded to add the reason this happened is because i was in a hurry and at first i had the wrong id and then i had caps lock on. and i dont see why i should get permanently banned and removed from rankings simply for some typos i was simply in a hurry to put my shop before catching my bus my date of birth is **/**/**** my pic is ******* my email is *****@***** my password is ********* Here is a picture of what it says http://i668.photobucket.com/albums/vv43/puffymammoth/Maple0001-1.jpg it says for entering invalid pic or password 5 times. yes i believe i did put in wrong password because i was in a hurry for school this morning do you guys think im banned forever? or is their a chance i will be unbanned my ticket has been logged since the 15 and is still listed under *open* how long does it usually take?

Well they will surely unban it... i mean getting banned for entering a wrong PW? 10mins is okay but perma?

The time it takes to recieve the ticket will be longer than your ban. Thats why you need to file it under billing. anything to do with money at a help desk always gets answered first.

Including one where I asked the GM why my character was suspended. He responded specifically "Your shop title". ...Which was 69 furburgers.

I got banned for training at stormbreakers. Logged a ticket 3 weeks ago, no response. Friend logged a ticket in November, about him getting kicked off rankings for no reason, still no response. But GL :S
