Getting More Accuracy

So I created an Aran recently and it's only lvl 21 but it has only 12 accuracy so I miss a lot when I'm trying to do KPQ. I have 10 DEX and the rest in STR. I was wondering what equips I should get so I can start hitting better. Thanks for the input.
