Youtube revenue sharing?

Its either a partnership or some sort of revenue program. Anyway, I have a video that is gaining views quickly, and i've been offered to gain "revenue" from it. It is a song who's pitch I changed to a so called "chipmunked" level. Anyway, It is a copyrighted song, but I clearly state that I do not own it in the description. They say no copyrighted material in it or my video will be removed, but will they remove this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_klFAVytZQ Making money from something so simple to make sounds like a good idea, but I don't want the video to be removed . Can / will they remove it?

It won't work. Even though you claim you do not own it, you did not have expressed consent from the copyright owner to use its music in any way shape or form for personal gain.

i'm not good enough on youtube. only a few views on all my videos just find XTwoHandzX or youtube search [TwoHandz] .i'm not good enough to make money lol. wish i could.
