Answer is no. However, you can buy something valuable in the MTS, such as attack work gloves, sell them, and use the money to buy yourself a damn nice zakum halmat.

/sarcasm Why yes, yes you can. This is the reason so many people have their nx, because they go on daily zruns and sell them in mts for a large ammount of nx witch they then use to equip themselves with all the Cash Shop clothing they can until there is no more space to wear.
