Pokemon Heart Gold question

So I'm at the 8th gym now, but I don't want to fight them yet since my pokemon are weak as poop. My Togetic is 43 and Typhlosion is 42. I want to try to catch the legendary dogs, Entai, Raiku, and Suicine but problem is, I don't know where to buy Timer balls/Fast balls in the game. Anyone know where I could get them?

I have no clue i got my Gengar to do Mean look on them then i put them to sleep and use ultra balls with them having red health

I think your Pokemon are fine. I beat Clair with around level 36s I think. @Above: after you go into burnt tower their locations appear on your pokegear map.

43 and 42 are very decent levels at the 8th gym my team of 5 was at maybe 35 ~ 37 by that time and i still won without a hitch although saying that i do see kingdra being a bit of a pain

OT: Get a gengar with mean look, put it to sleep and weaken it.

theyre so hard to follow..but omfg guess what. just found a shiny ditto while trying to track them down. i saw a blue ditto then im like wtf D< then it turned out to be shiny. :D

Alright, you can't get Suicine yet, because you have to encounter him in Kanto. The best way to catch them is to get something with Hypnosis. Mean Look won't work because all they'll do is use Roar, and you'll flee the battle. So just go back and forth between two routes, until they are in your area. Don't try to fly to them.

Your team is fine for Clair XD Just watch out for Kingdra's Hydro pump D': Also you get timer/fast balls by having Kurt make them. Search it up xD Because I don't remember what apricorn makes what ball. Good luck.

[/quote] basically this but if u use the pokedex everytime u cross into a new route or town it will tell u where they move. Just keep doing this until they come to the same route as you. Also if your in a low lvl place u can use a repel so u would only find the legendary pokemon.
