MTS ate my scroll! please help >.<

i was putting a scroll for wand for magic att in the mts when i froze and couldn't do anything so i exited and tried to re-enter and i kept d/cing for like 4 try's before i actually got in the mts and when i did the scroll was gone and no where to be seen, not in my inv my bank my mts transfer stuff or mts selling stuff someone help me!

Have you checked your MTS history to see if the scroll possibly sold (if it ended up posted in MTS) in the time that you couldn't log back on?

Log a ticket. They'll investigate and refund the amount you put it in for. They did it for me.

Same thing happened to me. I put in a red whip, "successful" message didn't popup for 20 seconds, I left MTS, went back in, it was gone. Only way is to log a ticket <--- gluck getting an answer

Because it makes more sense that Nexon would replace the lost item, listing it in your MTS if that was where it disappeared from, which resulted in someone buying it and you having the NX you wanted. Otherwise why not list something worth nothing like 1 ore for 100k NX and lag out so you an log a ticket and get a free 100k NX. I agree that if your scroll doesn't return you should log a ticket.
