Banned for wrong password?

Here i am after being in a hurry to catch this bus and wanting to setup my shop before leaving i entered my password wrongfully like 5 times. starting off by having it in caps -_- here is a picture http://i668.photobucket.com/albums/vv43/puffymammoth/Maple0001-1.jpg i sent a appeal like this HI i tried to log in on my account this morning at 7:29 AM GMT only to find out i had been permanently banned? i dont see why this has happened neither how all i did was setup my shop with 2 items at around 11:11 PM GMT. So i please ask you to lift my ban as i never used any 3rd party program or maliscious software. the reason this happened is because i was in a hurry and at first i had the wrong id and then i had caps lock on. and i dont see why i should get permanently banned and removed from rankings simply for some typos i was simply in a hurry to put my shop before catching my bus. Here is a picture of what it says http://i668.photobucket.com/albums/vv43/puffymammoth/Maple0001-1.jpg it says for entering invalid pic or password 5 times. yes i believe i did put in wrong password because i was in a hurry for school this morning and then i gave them my email, my password, my pic, my DoB, you guys think i have a chance of getting unbanned and put back on rankings? i also dont appear on perma bans on maplestory.nexon.net and im off rankings bye bye being trusted

You shouldn't have to give them your password or PIC. An e-mail should be enough for them to get information on your account. ;|

I'm sure you'll get it back. There were previous posts of this on Basil and it has seemed to have gone away, meaining they probably got it back. You couldn't be banned for such a silly reason.

If someone knows your ID and wants to mess with you he/she/it just randomly types in passwords and it could get your perm banned? Yeahh, right.

They changed it? Isn't it like before, they 1st had auto dc if you entered incorrect 5 times. Then 1 minute ban if you had it 5 times incorrect. Now Perm ban? A bit extreme much?

back in time the ban was for 1hour only o.O, probably a glitch...

You don't get banned it happen to me before you have to wait 5-10 minutes and then try. You'll get your acc back dw
