i used to think the sound of my toilet flushing was scary. so much so that i would run next door just to use their toilet it was loud, like most public toilets. fortunately the toilet got replaced for one that didn't use as much water, and i eventually overcame my fears of high water pressure

I swear this girl in 3 of my 4 classes has the most abrasive babydyke voice ever. Her personality doesn't help it either and I seriously want to throw myself on the floor and light myself on fire every time I hear her speak. Which is 5/7 days a week, at least 3 hours per day.
