So, while I am not lactose intolerant Ive noticed mcdonalds burgers with cheese makes my stomach sick. So I always have to order "McDouble NO CHEESE" Apparently they fail to read receipts as No CHEESE means no cheese. Do they want to have people return items? I mean why not just add an item called HAMBURGER instead of having NO CHEESE ON SOMETHING INVENTED WITHOUT CHEESE TO BEGIN WITH. I mean come on if you are that greedy to make just a cheeseburger so you can scam people who want a burger without cheese 10 cents fine so be it but please add it to the menu then... At least wendys has it (89 for a JRHAMBURGER and 99 for JR CHEESEBURGER). It saves your managers and customers confusion and time. But hey if they cannot read no cheese to begin with what will make them read McBurger or whatever it would be called. Not like you need that extra 10 cents per consumer anyways. Summery: Mcdonalds employees cannot read "No cheese", mcdonalds needs to put just A HAMBURGER on the menu. They are cheap and only put cheeseburger on menu to scam people 10 cents who ask for no cheese. This is bad for people who get stomach sick because of that. McDonalds ends up wasting more then 10 cents to begin with, loses consumers to wendys.

That's why I always go through the drive thru. They either give me my specific order and I leave in less than a minute or I hold up the line cause they messed up my order. Simple as that.

Just tell them your lactose intollerant and you absolutely cannot have cheese. When they give the burger to you, check it, if it has cheese, give it back to them and tell them to give you a new one because the cheese was in contact with your burger
