I'm suing nexon

has nothing to do in game, thats all covered by the ToS, I am suing nexon for the reason that it does not answer to logged tickets or respond to ANY customers which is also in the ToS. So do you thin i can do it? because its a pretty big corporation. but i do have a solid basis on which to sue them, they do not answer customers!

I've seen a previous thread about sueing the Nexon Corp. and it seemed more legit than this thread. But to answer your question "So do you thin i can do it?" I would say your chances of success is slim to none.

Honestly, I doubt any lawyer you can afford will be able to do anything against a company as big as Nexon's.

Personally, I've never had a problem with Nexon's support. I've sent like 2 tickets in my entire maple career and both were answered within a week

You cannot sue them for not answering a ticket. In their Terms of Service, as well as California Law and United States Law, there is nowhere that it says they must supply customer support for their service.

i hate to be pessimistic, but instead i'll be realistic.. if you're not joking, nexon will take probably 4x of what you would pay to be in court/win (which is like pocket change for them), and win automatically. i'm sorry buddy but money always wins in the long run. it's sad but true :/
