What do you think about this? The Ticket Email Notification (Contact Info): Yes Status: Closed by GM Date Created: 3/15/2010 3:19 AM PDT Last Updated: 3/16/2010 6:09 PM PDT Ticket Description Game Selection: MapleStory Category: Tech Support Sub-Category: Login Summary: Forgot the E-Mail for my other account. Details: Dear Nexon Customer Support team, I know how hard you do your jobs and such, but .. May I have a few minutes of your time? So I forgot The Email for my other account "*****" I have the proof that the account is mine and that I'm not someone that wants to steal the account.. The Account ID is "***" The First name is ***** The last name is ***** the b-day is YYYY-MM-DD All I want from you, is to remind me of the E-Mail as I have sent a password reset, and I've forgotten the E-Mail so that I can never get the account back unless i find out what the Email was. So, hereby I request that you tell me just the E-Mail for that account "****" so that I can get my new password. Thanks for your support, Regards, Ehab The Reply Occurence: Before game launches Solution Solved: (3/16/2010 6:09 PM PDT) I'm sorry to inform you, but due to security reasons I will not be able to assist you with any account other than the one you are submitting the ticket from. You would need to send a ticket from the Nexon Passport account that you currently need assistance with. We realize this effectively locks you out of the other account, however there is simply nothing we can do to help you from this account. If you aren't able to access the other account due to a lost password, you will then need to do a Password Retrieval via the website so that you can gain access to submit a ticket through the account in need. If you no longer have access to the registered email address due to a lost or forgotten password, or the email address was closed due to inactivity, it will be your responsibility to contact the email provider to regain access to the email account. Additionally, please understand that we never give out sensitive account information to users for security purposes, regardless of any information they may provide. Thank you for understanding. Yeah, they said the same thing to me and I could prove that it was my account. Luckily though, I found out what my e-mail was. The replies that Nexon give are so BS.. Good Luck finding it!
