so i've been going through a few threads here and there, reading posts and what not and i notice, regardless of how they may differ physically, that essentially they are all the same. posters always going off topic a person starts a thread and the posts end up becoming completely irrelevant. is it just me? im interested in people's opinion on such

I'd say that about 95% of all threads go into off-topicness, and I might be a bit too generous with the ones that don't.
