It was because someone had scammed someone else because of their sexuality, that's why he said 'Just the level of immaturity I expect in Maplestory' But you are right it happens not just in games but everyone. so what he should of said was 'Just the level of immaturity I expect from Humans'

I believe this only applies if you know what the purpose/reason behind the person is when they say that. If it's a person that's just tired of what's been going on in the society, then that's a go. If it's a person who says that to affirm that they're superior in whatever way and just throws the thought away as soon as they click "submit", then that's just pathetic. (AKA: leave reason behind your questionable, short comment.) I might have completely taken the wrong view at this, but oh well.
