Ok so I got banned for some reason a while ago and I am supposed to get unbanned today at 12:48am yet I can't log in to my account. Also, after I try to log in and it tells me my account is banned, and I try a different account it says thats banned too! If I restart maple I can log into my other accounts but I still can't log into my account that was supposed to be unbanned over 12 hours ago. Any ideas?

I wasn't even playing when I got banned, I was on vacation at the time and I was banned when I got back >.< I assume it was an ip ban or something... but changing my ip doens't seem to work so I don't even know what the problem is, I sent two tickets to Nexon but they haven't responded yet. Any helpful comments please?
