My ticket to Nexon regarding Hackers.

"Hello. The reason i am contacting you today is because what i have witnessed makes me angry to say the least. I know at least two MapleStory hacking websites that make their members pay $25 to gain "V.I.P MapleStory Hacks". They bypass the DMCA law by hosting their websites in other countries such as Norway. The Websites can be found at : ********************** and ******************* those are the two biggest MapleStory game hacking sites known. Taking down those two would reduce the hacking by a lot. I used to hack on MapleStory, thus why i have a ban history, but it really is no fun. It's ruining the game. Recently the hackers have been ruining the game by deflating the prices and messing up MapleStory's economy, hacking and phishing people's accounts, and many other things. I thank you for your time reading this. And i wish you Nexon best continuation." I know you people think Nexon never answers but they DO answer, it just takes time. One of my char was perm ban for "scam" in MTS, i apologized cause it was my first time and they gave me one last chance. Since then i've never tried scamming again :] It's lame anyway.

Your ticket really is useless. They most likely know those 2 websites, because if million of people know, I'm pretty sure one company can.

And about useless tickets... as far as I know, this is far more useful than what some people would send. I'm sure there are some kids that send in tickets because they 'accidentally dropped something' and want a rollback. I'm sure those tickets exist. I told them about a place before with a lotta hackers (place with platoon chronos) a long time ago, the didn't even look at it. Just closed it. I wanted an esther but couldn't because of all the hackers.

We need to take initiatives in order to produce change, and we'll never accomplish anything if people are going to be apathetic and do nothing to crawl out of the hole they're in.

Yeah 3 weeks? Oay lets see I logged my ticket on 02/02/2010 because my account was banned for posting my MapleStory Blog in-game here it is 03/16/2010 and my ticket is still waiting for them to just tell me No! You are going to remain banned forever on that account. As for the hacking sites there is a saying about hacking sites, "You take one down we Multiple" Aslong as t he hacking website does NOT! Violate the hosting TOS basically nothing nexon can do about the site. alot of the programs and hacks are not cracked software so its not breaking the copyright law.
